Lubou Veramei: About father

Categories: Parents, Lubou Veramej

And did your father tell you how he lived before the Revolution?

Yes, he told me that they were left alone when they were small. Their parents died. The elder brother brought them up. They were ff… five in the family: one sister and four brothers. It was very difficult. They were small. When the elder brother started to make his bread he liked to drink alcohol. You see. And the rest worked, sweated, they obeyed him. He was like a father for them. Well. Then they married, they lived together, there were 21 people in one house. So his brothers got married. Then children appeared. It took them a long time to build their own houses. Each brother built a house. They built houses close to each other on that land. They bought the land together and together they cut the forest over. Well. And only after that they started to live separately. And they lived this way. Well. And since that time they began to live better and better.
